proper study of history is biography - the lives of those who lived in
the past show the total history of their times. From this collection of
biographies, one develops an historic overview of the development of
the Lower Naugatuck Valley. The biographies are
a representative sampling of Valley
leaders, from 1667 until 1910. Included are
