David Waterbury's Regiment for the period of seven months - at the engagement of the troops at Bunkers Hill he was with his company at Norwalk proceeding towards New York to take passage and ascend ____ river to join a part of the regiment that had proceeded to the north, but was with said company ordered to Boston on hearing of said engagement, was with Arnold when he commenced his march to the northward and having arrived at the highlands was with two other soldiers detached to convery two sick soldiers back to Boston - this ___ was performed while attached to a company commanded by Capt. Oliver Hanchett. About the middle of December 1775 was discharged by parol. In the month of February 1777he enlisted in a company commanded by Capt.
