This is another of the original Riggs Homes, which was taken in the 1970’s. It was then in a state of disrepair and has since been demolished. It seems we lose our history in just this way -- by dribs and drabs. A building here and one there as time rushes onward, and new owners fail to recognize the beauty and value of old homes.
